Trauma-Informed and Trauma-Sensitive Teaching are becoming standard practices in schools, counseling offices, and even yoga studios. As theatre and dance educators and/or makers, we can make our creative practices , rehearsal rooms, and classroom trauma-informed, touch-aware spaces, allowing our casts and classes to bring their full selves and best creative efforts.
