In this workshop you will start the journey of finding the story you want to tell while not giving up your agency in how you have learned to talk and express yourself in your life.

One person shows can be daunting, but once you take away the fear of “what is it”, you’ll find that each of us has a unique story, whether it be something directly from your own life, or some highly fictionalized superhero piece used to express the things you never thought you could.
